By using Hikma Connect, you agree to follow these Standards and our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.
Our Commitment
We are committed to protecting users from harmful content, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, misinformation that may cause real-world harm, and any conduct that compromises child safety. Hikma Connect is not responsible for opinions shared by users, but we reserve the right to remove anything that puts children, families, or the public at risk.
1. Share Only What You Have the Right to Share

Post only content you created or have permission to use.

Do not repost copyrighted content, including images, videos, courses, advice, or curriculum that you do not own.

By posting content on Hikma Connect, you affirm you have the rights to use and share it.
We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights.
2. Protect Children — Zero Tolerance Policy
Because Hikma Connect involves families and caregivers, we strictly prohibit:

Any sexual, suggestive, partially nude, or inappropriate content involving minors.

Sharing private information about children without parental consent.

Attempts to solicit children for personal, commercial, or illegal purposes.

Sharing or requesting explicit images, even as a “joke.”
Any violation involving minors may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Keep Content Appropriate for Diverse Families
Content must be suitable for a community of parents and children. This includes:

No explicit sexual content.

No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or insulting content directed at any person or group.

No discrimination based on culture, faith, nationality, ethnicity, parenting style, disability, gender, or family status.
Content that educates respectfully or raises awareness may be allowed if its intent is clear and not harmful.
4. Respect the Community and Do Not Mislead
You may not:

Create fake accounts or impersonate anyone (including caregivers, professionals, or health experts).

Share misinformation that can lead to health or physical harm (e.g., dangerous childcare practices, false medical claims).

Provide medical, psychological, or legal advice unless you are a licensed professional, and you clearly disclose your credentials.
All user-shared advice is personal opinion and not a substitute for professional guidance. Hikma Connect is not liable for decisions made by users based on community posts.
5. No Exploitation, Harm, or Abuse
Hikma Connect does not allow:

Encouraging self-harm, violence, or unsafe childcare practices.

Sharing instructions or content that can harm children or adults, including dangerous dieting for minors.

Threats of violence, blackmail, or doxxing (sharing personal info to harm others).
6. Follow the Law
You may not use Hikma Connect to:

Buy, sell, or exchange regulated goods (weapons, drugs, medications, tobacco, alcohol).

Recruit or participate in criminal activity or hate groups.

Arrange illegal childcare, unlicensed adoption services, or exploitative labor.
We may work with authorities where we believe there is risk of real-world harm or illegal activity.
7. Honest Communication and No Spam
You may not:

Manipulate reviews, ratings, or recommendations.

Offer money or gifts in exchange for reviews or app engagement.

Send unwanted repeated messages or commercial offers without consent.
8. Respect Private Information
Do not post:

Private addresses, phone numbers, or financial data of others.

Personal disputes involving another user, caregiver, or family.
If you have a conflict, use the in-app reporting tools or seek legal resolution. Public harassment can result in removal.
9. Representation of Skills and Credentials

Caregivers and professionals must be truthful about their experience and qualifications.

Misrepresenting certifications, medical expertise, or childcare safety training is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban.
10. Reporting Harmful Content
If you see content that may violate these standards:

Use the report feature in the app and provide details when possible.

Do not publicly shame or harass another user.
Hikma Connect will review reports and take appropriate action. We may remove content even if it was not reported if it is harmful to users or children.
