Why do we exist?
As parents, we struggled to find caregivers who not only showed up on time and followed instructions – but who also respected our values, understood our home environment, and brought a gentle, loving presence. We knew we weren’t alone.
At the same time, we saw so many women in our community -wise, kind, and caring – looking for a way to give back, stay active, or earn part-time income doing something meaningful.
So we built the bridge.
Hikma Connect was created to give parents the village they deserve – a network of trusted, caring women from their own community who support families, nurture children, and help every child feel loved, seen, and safe.
